WCS | NDIS & Disability Support

Welcome Care Services provides support shaped around how you live and communicate, recognising your individuality, your voice, and the way you choose to engage with the world.

NDIS & Disability Support

Our NDIS & Disability Support services are designed to sit alongside your own goals, routines and preferences. We focus on the details of daily life, allowing support to blend naturally into your day.

We understand that support doesn’t look the same for everyone. That’s why our team has experience supporting people across different age groups and lived contexts, allowing us to connect people with workers who understand what they’re navigating. As a result, support from us can take different forms, shaped by individual needs.

Whether you are looking for help at home, support to get out into the community, or more clinical care, our team will work with you to build a support plan that feels practical, respectful and tailored to your needs.
