How the referral process works
- 1. Tell us a little about your needs (through the referral form or a phone consultation).
- 2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to understand your goals, preferences, and circumstances.
- 3. Together, we’ll design the right support plan and match you with the right support worker.
